their OWN district, with their OWN set of rules
that are completely different from the rules
every other developer and resident must follow.
ISSUE 25 ties the hands of our local representatives.
ISSUE 25 guarantees that developers can build what they want,
when they want it, exactly the way they want to build it!
If ISSUE 25 passes, there will be no turning back.

A precedent will be set.
Large, mass-market, big-box retail stores
attract secondary and marginal stores.
Once started, Hudson is on track to follow the pattern of
our neighboring communities, as strip mall follows strip mall.
Since ISSUE 25 would establish a new zoning classification,
a big-box strip plaza could be in the near future
for every quadrant of the city!
This is NOT just a simple project on a corner lot.

the legal wording of the ordinance and all of it's implications.
