Great Lakes Book Awards Presentation
11:45-1:30, Friday, September 27, Marquis Ballroom
Ticket Required: $23 (includes $3 for literacy)
Master of Ceremonies: TK
Featured Speakers: Winning Authors will be present.
Our celebration of the best of the previous year's writing about our region. Winners will be announced in mid-August. The winners will participate in the autographing following the luncheon. A complete list of finalists for this year's awards can be found at the GLBA website, www.books-glba.org.

Bibilo-Imbibers: Cash Bar, Free Talk
6-7 p.m., Friday, September 27
A great time to meet friends - or make new ones - drinking up talk of books and the book world, this event provides a good wind-down from a day setting up exhibits or attending workshops and the fantastic new Authors Feast, which begins at 7:00.

Authors Feast
7-9 p.m. Friday, September 27, Hubbard Ballroom
Ticket Required: $39 (includes $3 for literacy); wine by the bottle available for purchase
Master of Ceremonies: TK
Keynoter: TK
New this year, the Authors Feast will feature twenty or more authors who will participate in a "moveable feast." There will be an author at each table and they will change tables as dinner courses change. This is a great opportunity to talk with working writers and to take home good memories and lots of signed copies as well.

Midnight Snacks
9 p.m., Friday, September 27
Following the Authors Feast, join your friends and Michael Rosen to continue your chats and have a snack.
Food compliments of Broadway Books, publisher of Midnight Snacks, by Michael Rosen. Cash Bar

Breakfast with the Board
The GLBA Annual Meeting and Town Meeting

8-9:30 a.m, Saturday, September 28
Free continental breakfast with the meeting.
Introduction of the new board members and officers, plus review of the annual report.
